BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS CAMPUSDEGREE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, OR COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES, RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY.

CampusDegree shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such interruptions or downtime.

14. Termination of Access

CampusDegree reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate a user's access to the Platform, either temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions, breach of applicable laws or regulations, or conduct deemed harmful to the interests, integrity, or security of the Platform or its users. Such termination may involve deactivation of user credentials, removal of stored content, and revocation of rights granted under these terms. CampusDegree shall not be held liable for any resulting loss or damage.

16. Dispute Settlement

In case of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with the use of the CampusDegree Platform or its services, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct and amicable negotiations. If such discussions are unsuccessful, the matter may be referred to mediation with a mutually agreed neutral third party. If mediation does not lead to a resolution, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Legal action may only be initiated after these alternative methods of resolution have been fully pursued.
